Shipping
Shipping is calculated by the number of items you're buying, the size and weight of those items, and the location they're being shipped to. You'll be able to see the calculated shipping cost on the checkout page. You might even be eligible for free shipping! 🤩
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. You'll be able to see your running total inside the shopping cart.
Just add enough products to the cart to bring the total above $75 and you'll instantly have free shipping!
Our printing partner is an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in North America and Europe.
The US locations include Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; and Dallas, TX.
Possibly, but you'll have to be fast. Our printers sometimes start work on an order within minutes of the order being placed.
Let us know ASAP and we'll see if we can catch it!
At the moment, we only ship to the USA.
Order Tracking
👚 The fulfillment time for your custom-made order includes printing (or embroidering) your item, several quality control checks, and packing your order for shipment.
Our average order fulfillment takes 2–3 business days for printed items. Allow 2-5 business days for embroidered apparel.
🚚 Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping.
Shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping time in the US is 3-4 business days.
🏠 Total estimated time to reach you: 5-9 business days
Estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping-related delays are the most common reasons for a late delivery:
- severe weather conditions
- service disruptions at the shipping carrier
- failed delivery attempts
Yes! You an track your order either on the Customer Orders status page or inside the Shop app.
- Order Status Page: After completing a purchase, you will receive a link to the order status page in your order confirmation email or SMS message. This page allows you to check the progress of your order as it's fulfilled. You can also log into your customer account to view the order status page.
- Shop App: You can also use the Shop app to track any order with a valid tracking number. The app provides real-time order status updates, delivery notifications, and live-map tracking. You can download the Shop app from the iOS or Android app stores.
You may already have the Shop app installed. on your mobile device for tracking purchases from other stores.
It can take up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the status of your order in their status. Frustrating, we know! But you've probably run into this delay even with the big-box stores. (We like to think of it as adding to the drama of online shopping.) 😜
Important: Keep in mind that updates from delivery companies are sometimes delayed up to 48 hours.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us help you by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
● Check with your neighbors or building manager in case the courier left the package with them.
● Call the shipping carrier listed in your tracking updates. Give them your tracking number and ask them for help.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you are set up to allow shipping delivery notifications on your phone, collect the package as soon as you get the "Delivered" message.
Returns & Exchanges

To help us resolve this quickly for you, here's what to do:
- Find your Order Confirmation and use it to reply to us. (This will include all your information, which speeds up our response.)
- Attach one or more photos to the email, so we can see exactly what has gone wrong.
- Give us a few days to check in with our printing partner about the issue.
If your return is approved, we'll let you know where to send the damaged or incorrect item.
We'll gladly take care of standard shipping costs for you to return the item to us.
And we'll get a replacement item out to you ASAP.

We don't usually offer exchanges
Because your item is made-to-order in the USA just for you, we don’t usually offer exchanges.
We are a small mom-and-pop business in Victoria, BC, Canada. (Actually, we're a grandma-and-grandpa-and-cute-dog business.) 🐶
In other words, we don't have the warehouses or resources of Amazon! 😊
However, we want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase, so please get in touch if you'd like us to consider exchanging an item.

Damaged or wrong items
Though rare, it's possible that you received a damaged item or even an item that wasn't even what you ordered. 🥹
If that’s the case, we want to make it right for you!
Please let us know at hello@gallopingminddesigns.com right away (within 7 days after receiving your order).
Include your order number and photos of the wrong or damaged item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund, whichever you prefer!
Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, the inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
Sometimes, you might notice a vinegar-like smell on the garments you receive. This comes from a fixation agent that is used in the printing process. It helps the ink to bond with the fabric.
Luckily, the odor you smell is just temporary. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will disappear after a few days and a wash cycle.
On darker apparel, you might notice what looks like an off-white residue. Do not worry! The residue is not a stain and will wash off after the first wash cycle.
If discoloration or a mark remains after washing, please take photos and use our Contact form to let us know. Include your name and order number. We'll make it right for you. 🥰
